Build a form. Wire the approvals.
Drag fields into a form, set who signs off at each level, and every decision lands in one Inbox.

Drag the fields into place.
Build a form from field types across six categories — text, choice, ratings, dates, signature, matrix and more — with conditional logic that shows or hides fields as people answer. Publish it, then share a public link or assign it to named people with a due date.

Route it to the right approver.
A workflow fires on a form submission, a record change, a schedule or a manual button, then runs its steps — approvals, notifications, conditions that branch, delays. Approval chains decide who signs off by level: manager, department head, entity admin or a named person, with any, all or majority, plus escalation and delegation.

Everything with your name on it.
The Inbox gathers what is waiting on you — approvals to decide and tasks to do — in one place. Approve or reject with a comment and the row clears; leave, expenses and forms all surface here because they run on the same engine.

Common questions
What can the form builder do?
You drag field types onto the form — text, choice, ratings, dates, file and document upload, signature, matrix and more — and add conditional logic that shows or hides fields based on earlier answers. Once published, a form goes out as a public link or is assigned to specific people.
How do approval chains work?
You set the approvers level by level: a manager, department head, entity admin or a named person. A level can require any one, all, or a majority of its approvers, and you can add escalation after a set time and allow delegation. One editor configures the chain for every approval type — leave, expense and the rest.
Where do approvals show up?
In the Inbox, under "Waiting on you". It pulls together approvals to decide and tasks to do; you approve or reject in place with a comment, and the item clears once it is decided.
