Payroll, Recruitment, Expense Management, Asset Management, Disciplinary Management, Visitor Management, Weekly Reports, Statutory Filing and PRiSM Retain are sold as add-ons rather than plan modules. Most are billed on top of your subscription. Two are bundled at no extra cost — Expense Management with Professional and Enterprise, Visitor Management with Enterprise — and those appear in the table above, marked as add-ons, so you can see exactly what your plan already covers. Add-ons priced per user bill whichever is greater: your team size × the per-user rate, or the add-on's monthly minimum. The rest are a flat monthly fee, charged the same whatever your headcount. Add-ons your plan already includes are not billed at all — each card names the plans that include it.
Volume discounts apply to your plan subscription, not to add-ons. On an annual plan the saving is already built into the package price, and add-ons are billed for the twelve months at their standard rate.

Both are applied automatically — nothing to enter, no code to remember. Volume discounts follow your active headcount, so they take effect the month you cross the threshold.
You pay a monthly fee based on the number of active employees in your system. For example, Starter is from $1.99/user/month (from $9.99/mo minimum) — so a team of 50 would pay $99.50/month before volume discounts.
Automatic discounts for larger teams: 10% off for 100+ users, 15% off for 250+ users, and 20% off for 500+ users. They apply automatically, and stack with the 15% annual discount.
Add-ons are billed on top of your plan. Most bill whichever is greater: your active employees × the add-on’s per-user rate, or its monthly minimum. The minimum is therefore the entry price — what a small team pays — and the per-user rate takes over once your team is large enough to pass it. A few are a flat monthly fee instead, charged the same whatever your headcount, because what drives their cost is not the number of employees — and the card says which. Entry prices start at $10/month, and every add-on card above states its own price in full. Not yet. Payroll is built around Ghana statutory rules — PAYE, SSNIT contributions and GRA filing — so it is available to Ghana-registered employers only today. Everything else in PRISM works anywhere.
