How long does implementation take?

What is IRIS?

IRIS is the AI assistant built into PRISM. It can answer questions about your organisation, take actions on your behalf (like submitting leave), and provide intelligent features throughout the platform. IRIS helps reduce repetitive tasks and makes information instantly accessible.

Can PRISM handle multiple locations or entities?

Yes. PRISM supports multi-entity organisations with separate or consolidated management. Each location can have its own settings, policies, and administrators while maintaining centralised oversight.

Does PRISM support remote and hybrid work?

Absolutely. PRISM includes features for remote attendance tracking, virtual check-ins, and work-from-anywhere policies. Employees can access the platform from any device, anywhere.

Can I customise workflows and approvals?

Yes. Leave approvals, expense claims, and other workflows can be configured to match your organisation's structure. Set up multi-level approvals, automatic routing, and custom rules.

How is PRISM priced?

Is there a free trial?

What's included in each plan?

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. Implementation, training, and standard support are included. Optional add-ons like additional storage or premium support are clearly priced.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

How we protect your data and ensure compliance

Is my data secure with PRISM?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, regular security audits, role-based access controls, and compliance with international data protection standards.

Where is data stored?

PRISM data is stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant data centres. For enterprise customers, we offer data residency options to meet specific regulatory requirements.

Does PRISM comply with data protection laws?

Yes. PRISM is designed to help organisations comply with GDPR, Ghana's Data Protection Act, and other regional regulations. We provide data processing agreements and support data subject requests.

Who can access my organisation's data?

Only authorised users within your organisation can access your data. PRISM staff access is strictly limited and audited. We never share, sell, or use your data for purposes beyond providing the service.

What happens to my data if I leave PRISM?

You own your data. Upon request, we provide a complete export of all your data in standard formats. After the retention period, data is securely deleted according to our data retention policy.

Support & Training

Getting help when you need it

What support is included?

All plans include email support with response within 24 hours (business days). Higher tiers include priority support, dedicated account managers, and phone/chat support options.

Do you offer training?

Yes. We provide comprehensive onboarding including admin training, end-user guides, and video tutorials. Additional training sessions can be arranged for larger teams or specific needs.

Is there documentation available?

Yes. We maintain detailed documentation covering all features, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. Documentation is regularly updated and accessible directly from within PRISM.

What are your support hours?

Standard support is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM GMT. Enterprise customers have access to extended hours and emergency support for critical issues.

Connecting PRISM with your existing systems

Can PRISM integrate with other systems?

Yes. PRISM offers integrations with popular tools including payroll systems, accounting software, and communication platforms. Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations.

How do I migrate from my current system?

Our team assists with data migration from your existing systems. We support imports from spreadsheets, common platforms, and custom data formats. Most migrations are completed within the implementation period.

Does PRISM have an API?

Yes. PRISM offers a RESTful API for enterprise customers to build custom integrations, automate workflows, and connect with internal systems. API documentation is provided upon request.

Can I export data from PRISM?

Yes. You can export data from any module in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). Reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery, and API access allows programmatic data extraction.
