Process

Your name on it, not ours.

Serve PRISM from your own web address and send mail from your own inbox, with nothing pointing back to us.

PRISM under your own brand
Domain

Reach PRISM at your own address.

Add a domain like hr.yourcompany.com, prove it's yours with a DNS record, then point a CNAME at PRISM. Nothing changes for your team until you switch it live.

Brand

Your logo and colours on the login.

Your logo, colours and name are what people see when they sign in and across the app. White Label adds the rest: your web address and your own email sender.

Email

Mail that comes from you.

Outbound email goes out under your own sender name and address. With White Label the 'Powered by PRISM' footer comes off, so nothing in the message points back to us.

FAQ

Common questions

How does the custom domain work?

Add your domain in Settings, add the DNS record we show you to prove ownership, then point a CNAME to app.prismhrm.com. It goes live only when you switch it over, so nothing breaks for your team in the meantime.

Do I need White Label to put my logo on PRISM?

No. Your logo, colours and name are on every plan. White Label is what removes PRISM itself — the custom domain, your own email sender, and the 'Powered by PRISM' footer on outbound mail.

What happens to email PRISM sends?

It goes out under your sender name and address, and the PRISM attribution is dropped from the footer, so recipients see mail from you rather than from PRISM.

Make PRISM disappear behind your brand.

Point your domain at PRISM and send from your own address — your people never see ours.
