Process

One status report a week.

Each person files goals, achievements, blockers and how the week felt; their manager reads it and marks it reviewed.

The report

One form, filled in once a week.

Staff record the week's goals, achievements and blockers, set what they're focused on next, and rate their own workload, productivity and how the week went. Save a draft through the week, then submit.

Review

Managers see who's filed and who hasn't.

A submitted report goes to the person's manager, who reads it and marks it reviewed with optional feedback. The manager dashboard shows the team's on-time rate and flags anyone still pending.

Cadence

Set the week to match how you work.

Pick the work-week days, the due day and time, and whether reports cover the current week or the one just gone. A late report shows as late, and staff can back-file up to twelve weeks.

FAQ

Common questions

What goes in a weekly report?

Goals for the week, each linked to a real goal; achievements and blockers, with a severity and a flag when a blocker needs the manager; next week's focus; and a self-rated workload, productivity and overall sentiment from excellent to difficult, plus free-text notes.

How does the manager review work?

Once a report is submitted it appears on the manager's dashboard. The manager reads it and marks it reviewed, optionally with feedback. The dashboard also shows the team's on-time rate and who still has a report pending.

Can we change the reporting week and when it's due?

Yes, per company. An admin sets the work-week days, the due day and time, whether the report covers the current or previous week, and how many weeks back staff can file — up to twelve.
