Sign visitors in without a paper book.

Put a kiosk on reception and visitors check themselves in; their host hears about it right away.

Kiosk

A tablet on the desk does the sign-in.

A visitor taps through name, host and reason, then a photo and signature if you ask for them. Each entity gets its own kiosk URL, its own logo and its own rules.

Pre-register

Register a visitor before they arrive.

Book someone in ahead of time and they check in with a code instead of filling the form again. Every check-in issues a pass with a QR code you can print as a badge.

Alerts

The host knows before you call.

When a visitor checks in, PRISM tells their host by SMS, in-app, email and push. Set what each entity requires up front — a photo, ID, an NDA or a health declaration.

FAQ

Common questions

What does a visitor go through at the kiosk?

They enter their details, pick the person they are seeing and give a reason, then add a photo and a signature if the entity asks for them. At the end they get a pass with a QR code, and can print it as a badge.

Can each location have different check-in rules?

Yes. Photo, ID verification, signature, NDA and health declaration are set per entity, and each entity has its own kiosk URL and branding. A head office can require an NDA while a warehouse only takes a photo.

How does the host find out someone has arrived?

If you turn on host alerts, PRISM notifies them on check-in by SMS, in-app, email and push. You can also alert the host when a visitor is pre-registered.

Retire the paper visitor book.

Stand a kiosk at reception, print a badge, and let the host know their guest is here.
