Common questions
Is payroll built for Ghana?
Yes. PAYE for GRA and SSNIT tier 1, 2 and 3 are calculated in the run, and Statutory Filing generates the GRA and SSNIT returns. Payroll is available to Ghana-registered employers today.
How do people get paid?
PRISM generates bank-transfer and mobile-money (MoMo) payment schedules from the approved run, plus a PDF payslip for each employee. It prepares the payment files; it does not move the money itself.
Is Payroll included in a plan?
Payroll is an add-on, from $3.99/user/month on the Professional and Enterprise plans. Statutory Filing is a separate add-on that runs on top of Payroll.
Can it handle loans and salary advances?
Yes. Employer-funded loans and advances are deducted from payroll automatically on schedule, with a repayment ledger.
Can we run payroll for several companies?
