Recognition people actually use.
Monthly MVP cycles, peer kudos and a Secret Santa, all inside the tool your staff already work in.

A monthly cycle with real stakes.
Each cycle runs the 8th to the 7th. Staff nominate two colleagues and split seven points between them, with a reason for each. You cannot nominate yourself or last month's picks, and managers watch turnout on a progress dashboard.

Peer thanks that add up.
Colleagues send kudos in categories you define, with a message and the option to stay anonymous. Received kudos build from Bronze to Platinum, and a leaderboard shows who is being recognised.

Run the gift exchange in-app.
Set an opt-out deadline, a picking deadline and a budget in GHS. People add a wishlist, PRISM matches givers to giftees, and each person sees who they drew and can mark the gift bought.

Common questions
How does the monthly MVP cycle work?
A cycle runs from the 8th of one month to the 7th of the next. Each person nominates exactly two colleagues and distributes seven points between them, with a reason for each. You cannot nominate yourself or the people you picked last month.
What are kudos levels?
Kudos are counted per person. Received kudos move someone through Bronze at 10, Silver at 50, Gold at 150 and Platinum at 500. Admins define the categories staff send kudos in, and a leaderboard ranks recognition over a period.
Do employees see who they drew for Secret Santa?
Yes. Once matching runs, each participant sees their giftee and that person's wishlist, then marks the gift as purchased. Budget is shown in GHS, and anyone can opt out before the opt-out deadline.
